Position purpose
Responsibility of managing the team of 13 people on a daily basis, including leadership. Providing the Client with high quality service, ensure that all KPI and Quality targets are satisfied.

Main accountabilities
- Maintaining/Managing all contractual documents in CM Database/ Contract Module
- Control if all related costs are accounted
- Prepares schedules for billing
- Responds to queries related to contractual documents – including solicit further answers from internal stakeholders (i.e. legal, HR, finance and delivery) and
- Management of day to day activities and team members to achieve agreed plans
- Issue management and resolution
- Creates, updates, and maintains related documentation
- Develops effective working relationships with client, service delivery, project delivery
Candidate’s profile
- Knowledge of or Background in BPO/GPM
- Good understanding of Capgemini organization and internal processes with focus on GPM
- Knowledge of AR related processes ( knowledge and experience in other Accounting areas and Contract Management would be an advantage)
- Excellent documentation skills, attention to details
- Experience in creation of training documentation and leading training sessions
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must (Other languages would be an advantage - French, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, German, Italian)
- Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation/influencing skills
- Ambitious, proactive and result-oriented
- Ability to take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
