GBS and its three Centers of Excellence act as the Group Digital Transformation engine for Finance, Procurement, and Master data. - Drive Continuous Improvement with a strong focus on GBS Service Delivery, using different tools and methodologies, as well as Ideation portal
- Grow the CI culture within GBS and support initiatives outside GBS
- Contribute to the optimization initiatives run within GBS
- Connect the different teams within GBS (such as the COE’s, Service Delivery and RPA) when running CI projects
- Ownership of Business Process Modeling tool governance (roles&resposbilities; folder structure;templates etc.)
- Ownership of Business Process Model Documents standards and best practice (i.e. number of documentation levels, documentation standards, etc.)
- Ensuring that every employee doing business modeling works in Danish Crown standard tool and follows modeling standards
- Supporting Danish Crown Employees with business process modelling skills, methods, tools and templates
- Administration of Business Process Modeling tool
- Variables tasks may be extended to accommodate business and project needs including
- Librarian role for GBS Library; Global Template Process Taxonomy (under Functional Excellence responsibility) change requests collection and implementation
- To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
- To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
- Use Data/Process mining techniques to determine areas of improvement
- Devises, implements and continuously improve: Business Process Modeling Standards (notation & process classification framework); Business Process Model Documents standards; Business Process Modeling tool governance (roles&resposbilities; folder
- structure; templates etc.)
- Provide ongoing BPM tool and process training and support
- Answers queries form BPM tool users
- Create training materials and test for new BPM tool Editors
- Ensure standardization in modeling, reporting and own BPM tool processes
- Define and implement standard reports and queries
- Establish formal review for models
- Coordinate maintenance of the reference data
- Support process data onboarding from outside of BPM tool
- Increase BPM tool presence in Internal communication channels
- Increase awareness of documentation standards
- Provides process modelling expertise, advisory and insights for Danish Crown Employees and during the transformational projects being run by Functional Excellence Team or Service Excellence
