In our facility in Niepołomice we are desigining, manufacturing and testing engine controllers and cabinets.
We are looking for passionate professional with highly developed soft-skills and broad knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma who under the direction of and reporting to Plant Manager will support a One Woodward approach to Lean Six Sigma.

Work with members of the organization to identify and implement process improvements using Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen methodologies for both – Operations and Office environments.

Facilitate workshops, projects and project reviews.

Facilitate internal process improvement trainings.

Track and report project results to leadership team as appropriate.

Interface cross-functionally with internal members and/or external clients and suppliers.

Assist in leveraging improvements to other programs and business units as requested.

Responsible to provide best practice sharing throughout the organization.

Bachelor or Engineer degree is a must. Master’s degree desired.

Minimum three years exposure to manufacturing and quality business processes (transactional or operational).

Demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen methodologies.

Black Belt certified desired.

Technical competency in Lean Six-Sigma skills: DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, Kaizen, project management techniques.

Very good English language skills

Demonstrated creative problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, excellent oral and written communication skills (including listening skills) and consistent attention to detail.

Ability to plan and manage workshops, projects and training sessions effectively.

Demonstrated knowledge of data collection and analysis, metrics and the use of performance targets in tracking process improvements.
