Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. The centre provides state-of-the-art services offering employees the opportunity to work for various clients and develop expertise in a wide range of disciplines. At Capita Krakow we deliver multilingual business service that range from managing complex processes to more transparent transactions.
Currently, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
- Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvements based on input from SMEs
- Performing workshops aimed at gathering ideas about performance improvements
- Providing technical support during implementation of improvement ideas
- Monitoring and implementing CI projects
- Providing input in generating reports for monthly governance meetings on Service Delivery with service providers. Compliance with SLA and follow up on actions for deviations
- Helping in documenting the CI methodology
- Reporting and analyzing SLA/KPIs
- Supporting Service Delivery Managers in terms of all needed calculations for proper CI project estimation
- Associated functions available for analysis will include demand management, forecasting, inventory management and logistics.
- Owning change document cycle
- Previous experience on a similar position will be a strong asset
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Very good communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Very good knowledge of MS VBA
- Knowledge of other programming languages will be an asset
- Lean and/or Six Sigma principles would be a great asset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mind-set
- Willingness to provide the highest level of client service
