Contact Centre Team Leader with German or French

Our Client, international company which has established a Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, is urgently seeking for internal Contact Centre Team Leader with French or German.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: maintaining knowledge of products and services within the company, provide support in using internal and external knowledge tools (acting as a Product Advisor for one or more tools), cooperating with IT department to manage technical issues to ensure clients receive the highest customer service, as well as being a SME and knowledgeable point of contact for the team.

As a team leader you will be responsible for recruitment of high performing specialist, providing training and coaching as well as monitor team performance and KPI’s. We also need you to build and maintain good relations with colleagues and external business partner and seek for continuous improvements in entrusted processes.

To fulfill above requirements you need to have excellent customer service skills and business orientation, at least 5 years of experience in fast-paced, international environment, be able to manage and oversee multiple projects and competing priorities, as well as find appropriate solutions for escalated problems.

We search for a person who displays an interest in new online technology and their impact in the enterprise. You also need to be proficient in MS Office Lotus Notes and Share Point, have knowledge of business information tools and intranets, speak fluent English and German / or French (C1 level).
