As a Consultant Risk Management you work on strategic projects in financial institutions around Basel III, Solvency II, ALM, Credit Modelling/Validation, Financial Markets, Pricing of structured products and Risk Management systems in general. You become part of our team with talented individuals having a broad range of business, analytical and technical skills in the area of Risk Management.
You participate to various stages in the project cycle, such as the definition of the business requirements, the design of target functional architecture, the specification of implementation requirements, the validation of the correct functions’ implementation, the effective migration and/or the training/change management towards users.
Based on your expertise, you maintain a close relationship with the management and specialists at the client’s site in order to analyze and develop pragmatic and creative solutions for existing systems in a global bank-insurance perspective.
- You have a master degree in finance, economics, engineering or related matters. Holding an advanced degree in finance and/or a certification like CFA, FRM, PRM is an advantage
- You have a sound interested in Risk Management and related regulations
- You have 2-5 years experience in a financial institution or in related consulting/audit services
- You have knowledge of MS office, Access and VBA, as well as SAS
- SQL / basic databases management (SQL queries,..), R (notions), or other programming skills are a plus
- You are a quick learner and you enjoy having to find innovative solutions to new problems
- You are able to work result oriented and autonomously
- You have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- You speak and write Polish and English perfectly.
