Due to our growing business needs, we are currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:
- Support development of tenant representation and office leasing services in Kraków and Katowice.
- Provide clients with current up-to-date knowledge about the office market`s situation, trends, forecasts and information about planned projects.
- Act as an advisor in the tenant representation process for corporate clients and other clients acquired from the market - preparing presentations, inquiries, reports and recommendations, preparing financial analysis (cash-flows), coordinating the further process which would include viewings for potential clients, preparing offers, negotiating commercial conditions, preparing letters of intent and guidance in negotiating leases and reporting to clients and the supervisors.
- Support preparing leasing and marketing strategies for properties, be responsible for the commercialization process itself.
- Maintain and update information in the agency database related to buildings and tenants.
- Support the research and consultancy functions by providing market data and information on a regular basis.
- Run individually T-Rep or leasing projects under supervision of a line manager.
- Sustain and develop good relationship with major Cracow and Katowice landlords and tenants as well as major corporate tenants.
- Cold calling.
- Promote the Office Agency team services in Kraków and Katowice (attend business mixers, agents` receptions, real estate events, ensure that all deals are followed by a press release).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly numerate with very good analytical skills.
- Commercial acumen and interest in the wider real estate market.
- Solid real estate advisory experience >4 years.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Energetic, persistent and well organized.
- Strong consulting/business winning/client management skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure / to tight deadlines.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with team members and clients.
