Assisting in monthly closing of the P&L:
- NCI Net Income Check
- Equity Method Investment Income Check
- Headcount analysis,
- Allocations Check
- Amortization of Intangibles
- Monthly reclassification entries
Assisting in monthly closing of the BS:
- Equity accounts review,
- High Level BS Analytics,
Preparation of EMEA reports:
- preparation of BS/P&L Info, Management Info, Cash Flow for countries transitioned to EFC,
- completing supporting schedules (assets, liabilities, equity, aging of receivables, cash and short term investments) for countries transitioned to EFC,
- preparation of IC reports for EMEA countries – Operating, Trade and IC Loan Interest, Expense &Revenue,
- preparation of PP&E report
- preparation of Cash&Short Term Investments report,
- completion of E&O report
Cooperation with country controllers and corporate consolidation group to explain
- At least 2-3 years proven operational experience in accounting function;
- Master degree in Accounting/Finance;
- Experience in a multinational shared services environment;
- US GAAP or IFRS experience;
- Good English – minimum B2 Level (CEFR scale or equivalent);
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong motivation to work in a dynamic international team;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel);
- Experience with Hyperion would be an asset
- Additional accounting qualifications would be considered as an asset;
- Spotless record and strong ethos.
