Your team
You’ll be working in newly set up EMEA Central Controls Team in Krakow. We liaise closely with Senior Stakeholders located across EMEA. We are enthusiastic pioneers responsible for performing controls across diverse Compliance topics – Market Conduct, Sanctions, Anti-Corruption, Suitability, Conflicts of Interest and Cross-border. Team spirit and a sense of unity sets us apart.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a legal, audit, banking, finance, accounting or compliance role
- fluent written and spoken English and working knowledge (i.e. reading and writing) in one of the languages listed below (Italian / French / Spanish / German)
- basic understanding of the financial regulatory environment and the current issues/challenges relating to the following areas: Market Conduct, Suitability, Anti-corruption, Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest or Cross-border legal aspects
- strong communication skills and an ability to work in a diverse team
- data analysis, investigative and report writing skills with a close attention to detail
