Compliance Advisor with French

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate at most levels and across diverse cultures
• Strong logic and problem solving with ability to innovate
• Strong quality, results and detail orientation, and ability to meet and maintain deadlines
• Investigative skills
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills would be an advantage
• Ability to maintain sensitive, confidential and privileged information
• Very good Excel skills
• Master degree desired, minimum Bachelor degree
• Previous compliance and customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communications, correspondence, regarding company Issue files
• Conduct the compiling of client data and information on time and accurately including but not limited to requesting and reviewing reports
• Carry out proactive Internet based research, undercover research, and collection of evidence on the opened investigations
• Monitor activities in Social Media and identify behavioral trends and ways to tackle them
• Keep positive communication with other departments and departmental staff as required
• Maintain and update internal database with the analysis research and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on results
• Assist the Client Policy Administration team with the roll-out and updating of Rules and Advisories as required
• Attend and support Member and corporate events as directed
