Complaint Handling Trainee with Italian / Early Careers Program
Workplace: Warszawa, ul. Marynarska 15
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Processing of product complaint or feedback records involving Alcon devices and OTC products including intake/system entry, triage;
- All related customer communications such as follow up and final response.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Students’ status;
- Very good English and Italian (min. B2 level);
- Availability – about 20h/30h per week; during academic year;
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
- Focus on details.
