Reporting to Global C&B Delivery Director, the role will be a subject matter expert on global compensation and EMEA benefits operations, processes and procedures. Implements, executes and ensures the operational efficiency of global compensation and EMEA benefit plans/programs.
- Manage global compensation processes, activities and systems relating to merit, bonus, long-term incentive, the annual salary survey process, job evaluation, grading etc.
- Manage processes, procedures and documentation for EMEA benefit plans and programs including renewals, benefits communication, vendors management, etc.
- Provide comprehensive analytical support and work with internal project teams and external consultants on a variety of projects and processes including program design, analysis, implementation, documentation.
- Work with accounting and internal audit on special requests relating to accruals and audit processes. Work with HRIS and IT to ensure that the systems meet requirements and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialized field of compensation and benefits, shared services preferred.
- Project and change management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of global compensation and EMEA benefits programs.
- Sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to analyse and organize and provide insights due to complex global data management.
- Requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of information.
- Multicultural awareness.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Proficient in systems management/administration.
- Fluent English is required, additional language skills will be an asset.
