Scope of the Role:
- A member of the Europe and Africa Rewards team
- Main activities include: managing Motorola Solutions job matching and surveys’ submissions, compiling survey results into a centralized tool, analyzing market data, and managing relationships with surveys’ vendors
- Participate in direct benchmarking - designing the questionnaire, collecting the data, and providing recommendations
- Play a key role in analyzing competiveness of base pay, incentive targets, total target cash compensation, and salary structures in order to make initial recommendations for merit budgets, incentive target changes, salary structure changes
- Provide ad-hoc analysis related to various compensation and benefits plans
- Participate and provide support to global projects and processes related to compensation and benefits
Knowledge and Skills:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits analysis in a large, multinational company
- A master degree
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding analytical skills supported by knowledge of statistical tools and analysis techniques
- In-depth understanding and experience in usage of Excel and preferably Access databases
- High attention to details and focus on quality
- Strong interpersonal skills
