To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:
Community Specialist & Content Specialist
Location: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the voice behind updates on Webinterpret on social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn and other.
- Keeping an eye on community needs and the feedback Webinterpret gets.
- Management of crisis communication planning and response for a variety of issues across the online forums. Maintain and evolve scenario-based communications plans.
- Build and lead the fan/follower communities, respond to their feedback and concerns and work to keep them informed of promotions, product updates and news.
- Managing advertising and promotional campaigns using youtube, facebook, twitter, LinkedIn.
- Develop suitable metrics to enable accurate measurement and reporting on web and social media interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize strategies with clear ROI.
- Remain aware of the latest social media trends.
- The ability to produce internal communications that will boost the engagement and participation of other employees in company initiatives and goals.
- Write, review and edit internal communications content on topics such as organizational announcements, employee recognition and strategic business updates.
- Review, proofread and edit the content of communications materials prior to dissemination (Help Center/marketing materials).
- Telling a great story, not just via writing, but via slideshows, email, newsletter, blog, and other mediums (video is icing on the cake).

MUST HAVE
- Fluent English (written & spoken/native level of English preferred).
- A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar.
- 2+ years developing & managing social media and/or digital marketing and communications programs in an agency or corporate environment. Online Customer Support experience is a plus.
