Community Manager

Tasks:
- Developing and aligning community experience plans and deliverables
- Adopting a partnership approach with Sodexo and our client to ensure community experience services are aligned with the client’s Real Estate Strategy
- Developing and delivering community experience training at the site
- Driving engaging social media campaigns via internal social media networks
- Ensure the team co-ordinate the delivery of exceptional community experience
- During the RTW phase gathering employee feedback on return to work, advising site management of challenges to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Providing first-level technology / digital support within the community
- Maximizing opportunity to deliver customer service improvements
- Supporting events on site, for example, HR / Health & well-being events
- Maintaining the standards and carrying out daily service audits
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work with people in a multicultural environment
- Very good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent manners
- Dynamic and proactive approach,
- English level- min. C1
- Stay up to date with technology trends
