If you answered yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you! ICUC Social is looking for a passionate Social Media Community Manager to join our unique, remote team working with regulated industries (Alcohol, Tobacco, Financial, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare).
The right candidate will help our client through their digital transformation and become a trusted resource for social media best practices and process accuracy with the full back-up of our agency in their corner!

What You'll Do:
- Supporting with monthly editorial content planning and post scheduling
- Daily monitoring of company’s social media accounts through Sprinklr
- Assessing inbound messages and user profiles before engagement
- Drafting responses with the support of a pre-approved response book or other sources
- Collaborating with different functions (Marketing, Communications, Science, HR, Legal) on response approvals and response book update
- Preparing monthly data analysis reports on content and engagement performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management, hands-on with social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.) natively or through social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Social Studio, etc.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting on performance, including the ability to create reports for ad hoc requests.
- Collaborating with different department functions.
- Previous experience in external communications / copywriting
- Experience and/or education in marketing, communications, statistics, or related field.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools. (Google Suite, CRM, email marketing, online review platforms)
- Fluency in Italian and business level English (spoken and written) is required. Additional languages are a bonus!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be highly adaptable and agile.
- Must possess proficient technical skills including creating widgets, dashboards, insights and relevant content.
- Must possess adept collaborative abilities and people skills.
- Creative knowledge of the inner working of social media platforms.
- Must possess strong prioritization skills and time management abilities.
- Must be able to source a variety of knowledge.
- Must be able to problem-solve effectively.
We offer

Salary: $12USD- 14USD per hour
