Requirements:
- Good understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Good understanding of IPT protocols: SIP, SCCP, H323
- 3-5 years of experience in Contact Center area
- Experience in Cisco UCCE, CVP, ICM, Finesse
- 3-5 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration, TelePresence, Video area
- Experience in Cisco CUCM, UnityCN, Expressways, VCS technology
- Experienced in the Database and Web technologies: Microsoft SQL, Web Services implementation (SOAP, RESTful), Java, Java Scripts
- Working knowledge of VB, TCL, ASP
- Preferable Cisco CCNP Voice, desirable Cisco CCIE Voice/Collaboration
- Focus on details
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Very Good English
- Willingness to travel (20-30%)
Responsibilities:
The purpose of the role is to manage and support current and future Voice and Video application and deployments in 27 countries (about 70 sites and 2000 employees) of the EMEA region:
- Working on new Collaboration designs, standards and applications
- Administration of current deployments
- Supports Collaboration, TelePresence and Contact Center applications.
- Administration and support for Cisco Contact Center Solution including software integrations
- Travel to remote affiliates (20% of time) within Europe
