Your main responsibility will be to ensure that communications to all employees are clear, consistent, in the right tone of voice and coherent with the company's business strategy.

- Planning, creating and publishing a wide variety of materials such as newsletters, internal announcements, web content, infographics, presentations, email messages, guidebooks etc.
- Monitoring and measurement the effectiveness of Internal Communication as well as Recruitment Campaigns
- Development and implementation of internal communications initiatives, programs and events, including CSR (eco workshops, charity support, competitions, sharing of experiences etc.)
- Building and implementing Well-being strategy and sports initiatives
- Company’s Intranet: Managing site content and design strategy; ensuring content is performing well among employees and adjusting it accordingly if needed
- Conducting 1st Day Onboarding for the new employees
- Coordinating Internal Wellbeing and Culture Workshops
- Supporting HR Team in several internal and external projects contributing to increasing brand awareness among potential candidates
- Coordination of content management on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website)
- Cooperation with external suppliers (graphic designers, benefit platforms, certifications etc.)
- Managing the necessary administrative tasks (contracts, invoices, payments etc.)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Sociology or Human Resources)
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both spoken and written is a must
- Fluent Polish (C1 level) – both spoken and written is a must
- Ability to simplify complex messages and create engaging content
- Good analytical skills (Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Internal Communication as well as Recruitment Campaigns)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Simple Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Piktochart; InDesign/Photoshop will be an asset)
- Experience in cooperation with subcontractors (Event Agencies Etc.)
