Job description
Communications Strategy
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy (for global client centres)
- Coordinate internal communications globally to ensure consistent messaging
- Through effective communication within a team
- Ensure connected, timely communications of changes to service, scope, processes, across relevant teams
- Coordinate a publications calendar
- Implement systems for evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities
Internal communications
- Advise on, write and edit internal communications, bulletins, staff announcements, newsletters and other articles and pitch these materials to staff, including by proactively identifying opportunities
- Develop and maintain a database and email distribution lists of relevant internal contacts
Publications
- Coordinate content, editing, publication and distribution of key publications, such as the quarterly newsletters that can be targeted at potential HR customers
- Assist in preparing other publications, such as factsheets, reports and submissions
Events
- Develop appropriate PR and communications around industry events and awards

Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in public relations, communications, brand or journalism
- Design and web-development experience would be an additional asset
- Graphic design experience
- Strong writing, editing and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English – C1 is a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and limited supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
