Job mission:
Create effective employee-centered internal communication
Coordinate internal communications flow (hands on meetings, memos, newsletters, etc.)
Design sketches and write content for company Intranet and internal publications
Engage employees in internal events and seminars
Assist in communication of strategies or messages from leadership
Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency
Support ideas with research and experience
Collaborate with EB & marketing team
Previous working experience as a communications specialist for multi-national company for 3+ years
Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
Design, photo and video-editing skills
Experience with visual storytelling and content production is a big plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to exercise high judgment and deliver results, particularly in narrow time-frames
Creative mindset as well as outstanding attention to detail
Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
Proficient command of English (C1)
BSc/BA in journalism, communications or relevant field
