Zadania:
Purpose of the role: Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals of purchasing goods by animating and framing a Commercial Sedentary team;
The Commercial Manager is focused on:
- Recruiting, coordinating and evaluating a team of 10 commercial buyers;
- Ensure the achievement of purchasing goals (monthly goals);
- Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with the clients;
- Motivating and animating a team of buyers in order to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment;
- Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial management (2-4 years, coordinating large teams in sales, acquisitions or distribution);
- Very good knowledge of English and German ( B2-C1 advanced level, both languages are mandatory: German – for coordinating a team of buyers, German speakers; English – official company's language – management level).
Soft skills:
- Result and business oriented, attention for details;
- Commercial profile, abilities to negotiate, to track and analyze business results;
- Ability to coordinate projects and people management skills;
- Very well organized and responsible.
