Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing centers in Poland providing services in 30 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 3400 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Position purpose
The primary responsibility of the role will be to undertake the financial and operational modeling for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) proposals, developing pricing structures and assessing financial risks, supporting contract negotiations and contributing to the overall development of our BPO commercial proposition. We would expect the individual to take the lead commercial role on BPO deals that are centered in Europe and Asia Pacific regions. The team supports deals for clients based in the Americas also, and the selected candidate will be expected to take a lead role on some of these deals.
Main accountabilities
- End-to-end commercial structuring of the deal
- Work on formulation of complete commercial framework, providing business case insights/pricing model customization from customer perspective
- Lead the efforts for the deals that are up for renewal / restructuring and contribute to negotiation process
- Work in conjunction with the Sales team to ensure that Competitive Intelligence is duly captured while structuring the commercial proposals
- Assessing various risk factors and devising ways to mitigate them
Candidate’s profile
- Track record in successfully leading the commercial streams of large or complex outsourcing deals as well as expertise in cost & price is desirable
- Prior experience in the BPO, SSC or IT outsourcing industry
- Experience in large and complex organizations
- Prior experience in working with matrix/cross functional reporting relationships
- Excellent analytical skills are a must
- Advanced MS Excel spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting business processes
- Good accounting knowledge, although does not necessarily need to have accounting qualifications
- A self-starter who can work independently as well as a team player
- Strong influencing skills especially at senior management level (VP, SVP, CXO levels)
- Ability to manage the matrix and work with some degree of ambiguity
- Fluent English
- Language skills other than English will be a strong plus
