Command Center Specialist

Job Description:
- Operational analysis and reporting includes but is not limited to daily, weekly, monthly statistics against SLA and real time call traffic
- Provide reports related to workload, performance and staffing utilisation
- Provide onsite support in incident management and outage escalation, management of the communication between Capgemini and Client
- Communicates with senior leadership on critical operational needs
- Performs ad hoc analysis of centre performance at the request of both client and Capgemini
- Assist in performing detailed analysis of operational processes and develop alternatives and recommendations for improvement
- Independently works to identify opportunities for improvement in site performance
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Candidate's profile:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in reporting
- Advanced Excel
- Intermediate VBA
- Knowledge in MS Access/SQL would be a plus
- Knowledge of reporting in Oracle Discoverer and SalesForce would be a plus
- General IT knowledge on a good level, ie Network, hardware, software
