Job description
A Command Center Agent is a reporting Specialist providing a Client with agreed, or requested reports, support engagement in improvements initiatives, using various tools, initiate improvements in the reporting and standardization and streamlining the processes.
Main accountabilities
- Support the process of internal (CG) and external (Client) reporting,
- Cooperating with the Delivery Teams based in Poland and India in the area of providing required data and analyses,
- Suggesting, developing and maintaining appropriate tools to automate and improve data collection process as well as operational F&A tasks performed for the Client,
- Being involved in relevant Command Center projects delegated by supervisor.

Requirements
- Very good analytical skills,
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Proficient with MS Excel,
- Very good knowledge of Basic /macro programming,
- Good knowledge of: MS Access, HTML,Visual;
- Knowledge of Fusion Charts, JavaScript, CSS, Oracle would be an asset ,
- Background in Order-to-Cash would be an asset,
- Focus on providing services of high quality.
