As a Global Operations Manager in Collections you will be part of very dynamic and developing team.
- Leading a Global team to ensure delivery of top results in line targets agreed with Global Process Owners and our Client
- Providing consistency across service teams in the delivery of global process specific services
- Acting as a key relationship point of Accenture with our client in respect of Collections activities - maintaining strong partnership with senior stakeholders
- Providing input into client Collections strategy, recommendations to ensure that processes are in line with best practice
- Ensuring that internal controls standards are achieved in compliance with Accenture and client contract
- Engaging in organization to drive strong performance
- Fostering the right environment for idea generation and continued improvement
- Leading employee engagement initiatives and managing champion competency frameworks and models, ensuring an effective performance management system.
- Min 10 years operations experience and 5 years of leadership experience in the Order to Cash function, preferable in Collections
- Advanced English, business communication skills
- Experience in reporting to Executive Leadership, process improvement.
- Masters degree with a major in finance, business, accounting or relevant experience
- Project management experience preferable
- Competent in all products within Microsoft office
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
