- Collecting due receivables according to procedures
- Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships
- Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams)
- Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers), accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments
- Team work – cooperation with team members; supporting TL in special assignments
- Fluent English (C1/B2 level) and German (C1 level), both written and oral
- MS Office
- Communication, negotiation skills and customer service
- Able to work under time pressure, flexibility and multitasking
- Preferable experience in Customer Service/Cell Center/O2C Collections
