- Provide great customer service
- Work on 1st/ 2nd line support for cloud products and services
- Resolve technical problems in the areas of networking, virtualization and cloud solutions
- Follow defined processes and maintain supporting tools
- English spoken and written at B2 level minimum (C1 would be an advance).
- Flexibility for 24/7 shift work.
- Team work skills.
- Interest in Cloud technology and willingness to develop in this area.
- Any certificates from below would be desirable:
- VMware
VCA – Data Center Virtualization fundamentals.
VCP5 – install, deploy, scale and manage VMware vSphere environments (vCenter Server, ESXi, vCloud, vSphere Networking, vSphere Storage, Virtual Machines, vApps, Troubleshooting).
VCP Cloud – on top of VCP5 (vCloud Director, vCloud Connector, vShield, vCAC).
VCP Desktop – install, configure, manage VMware View & Horizon View.
- Cisco
CCNA Routing and Switching. Routers & switches, Cisco IOS, vLANs, ACLs.
CCNA Data Centre. Basic router & switch operations, Nexus 1000v, 2000 & 5000 series switches, ACE appliance.
- EMC
EMC ISA – information storage infrastructure in classic and virtual environments
- The position will be located in Bydgoszcz
