Client Visit Experience Coordinator

Main accountabilities
Cooperation with Global Sales Team and Delivery Heads to arrange visits to Capgemini centres in Poland:
o Visit scheduling, managing the Visits’ Diary,
o Building the visit agenda in line with the key sales messages
o Coordination of the visit deliverables (presentations, office tours, sales materials, logistics)
- Maintenance of the Client Visit Experience Portal
- Providing necessary communication to Capgemini employees (regarding dress code, security policy reminder, etc.)
- Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with:
o Business Development Community, Capgemini Service Delivery Managers
o Client Representatives
o Capgemini Vendors
- Continuous improvement of the visits process
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- At least 2 years experience in outsourcing business
- Background in IT and understanding IT outsourcing business would be an advantage
- Experience in project management would be a strong asset
- Good PC skills - working knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Excel
