Capita Learning Services provide a range of training and development services, including managed learning solutions, e-learning packages, coaching and mentoring services, which are designed to provide measurable business performance benefits to our clients and their staff.
Our high profile customer portfolio includes UK-based public-sector organisations, key players within the motoring industry, banks and many other organisations that are household name.
Please note that the role requires working in a shift pattern between 9:00 and 19:00 (Monday to Friday).

Managing day to day enquiries (by email and phone) from clients, regarding to logistic of vast variety of learning services

Sourcing suitable solutions to learning and development requirements based on the client needs and operating model

Handling all issues and complaints regarding to learning services in a sensitive and professional manner

Maintaining and managing personal workload effectively to achieve all targets

Providing clear and constructive oral and written communication with all stakeholders ensuring appropriate context and clarity are provided

Supporting any other business tasks that may be required

Hold a university degree
-
Have experience of working in a customer focused business, servicing an English speaking market

Have experience of working with IT in a business environment

Are fluent in English OR English&German OR English&Spanish OR English&Italian OR English&French (both oral and written)

Are fluent in other European Languages (considered an asset)

Have strong communication skills and a very strong customer service orientation

Are proactive with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills

Have high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Are able to work on own initiative but also work very well as part of a team
