For our Client, global leader in financial services, with operational centre based in Cracow we are currently looking for experienced leaders to fill the position of:
Client Service Team Leader
While working as a Team Leader you will be supervising a team of Client Service Agents, responsible for providing high quality customer service regarding securities services. Your role will include people management duties such as staff recruitment, performance assessment. You will be also dealing with escalations and acting as a focal point for senior level Clients. As a Team Leader you will be also responsible for leading and encouraging process improvement initiatives.
To be a successful Candidate you should hold a University Degree and 3-5 years of experience in finance industry, including at least a year of experience in people management role. Experience in Client-facing role is also required. Excellent English is a must. We are looking for client focused leaders with excellent communication skills and passionate about people. Knowledge about securities (corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivatives) will be an asset.
