On behalf of our Client, an international company established in Cracow, we are currently looking for Candidates for Junior Advisor with English.
Your main responsibility will be related to the support of the company’s international clients. Your duties will include building and maintaining desirable relations with customers from all around the world. You will be working via chat, email and you will be responsible for answering Client's queries using social media channels.
Candidate holding this position needs to be communicative in English (C1 level). Moreover, you have to possess brilliant interpersonal skills, including relationship building and easiness in communication, especially in multinational environment. Helpfulness, customer orientation and sales predispositions are your additional advantages.
