For Our Client, a global leader in financial services we are currently looking for German/Italian speakers with interest in finance field to join Client Service team.
Our Client provides stock exchange-related financial services which are ensuring safety for both buyers and sellers of securities. They grant securities settlement and safekeeping for international clients, which are investments banks and global financial companies.
As a part of the Client Service team you will have a possibility to gain priceless knowledge of financial instruments and stock exchange. You will be participating in fascinating global securities flow by supporting and facilitating Clients from all over the world via phone and emails. The Company will provide you with deep understanding of financial processes and excellence in handling customer’s queries. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Providing solution for clients’ issues as well as anticipating their needs is the core of Client Service team.
To be a successful Candidate you must be fluent German/Italian and English speaker. Good analytical skills are also required. You should be detail oriented person with strong desire of providing high quality customer service. We are looking for dynamic Graduates and young professionals with University degree. Previous experience in customer service area will be considered as a great advantage. A successful Candidate is available to work full time and is flexible in terms of working hours.
