Your new company
The company offers international banking services, working across some of the world's most dynamic markets including Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Your new role
- For the assigned coverage sector, assume responsibility for the gathering of information required to complete FATCA and CRS Due Diligence activities for new and existing business and remediation driven activities
- Ensure all FATCA and CRS Due Diligence requests and activities are resolved within agreed timeframes and priorities are identified early and issues escalated accordingly
- Work closely with the Client Coverage Team and Relationship Managers to understand the urgency, priority and sensitivity of on-boarding and maintenance requests and apply accordingly to the Due Diligence execution
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Client Due Diligence, FATCA and CRS Due Diligence functions, system, process and procedures
- Assist in the production and analysis of management information on a regular or ad-hoc basis
- Support on-hoarding change and remediation projects where required
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid and proven relevant work experience (Sales or working in an operational middle office or client facing support function), within the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent client service skills. A proven ability to create and maintain good relationships (both internally and externally) is essential
- KYC, AML or Client Due Diligence, Client Documentation experience will enhance the candidates profile for this role
- FATCA, CRS, MIFID, or other regulatory experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines and under pressure
- Capable of making independent and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills
