Backed by a team of Technology Consulting, a Client Delivery Manager guides clients and ultimately helps them achieve their business objectives. The Client Delivery Manager is a great team leader, project manager and possess subject matter expertise in all areas of our business.
- Responsibility for delivery and project management of complex, large-scale IT solutions: organization, administration, and supervision of the people, processes, and technologies, which when combined into a comprehensive plan, provides the business and technical functions needed to successfully achieve what a client expects to receive.
- Proactively build client business and accounts through development and presentation of pitch documents, presentations, SOWs, estimates, and strategic recommendations, including points-of-view and media.
- Cultivate client relationships, manage expectations, provide leadership with clients and collaborate with internal resources to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Deliver creative and strategic solutions which address clients’ business needs.
- Responsible for total quality management of project and client relations.
- Manages large teams at a client or within Accenture.
- Participation in sales activities.
- At least 5 years of experience with strong delivery, relationship management, account management in the IT services industry.
- Previous experience in implementation projects of large-scale IT solutions is required.
- Extensive project management and team management experience.
- Strong business development and client relationships management skills.
- Business acumen, self-awareness, highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Previous consulting experience as an asset.
- University degree (preferably IT profile).
- Excellent command of English and Polish.
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable.
- Work location: Kraków.
