Zadania:
- Delivery of professional data management services to the Marketing Operations Team based in company's headquarters, using internal CRM system and SAP CRM
- Managing changes to contact data submitted by the users of internal CRM system
- Managing changes made to client and organisational data submitted by users
- Effective management of the workload of the team based on the priorities set by Marketing Operations Team
- Coaching team members to ensure they develop the knowledge of the systems needed to complete their daily tasks
- Regular communication to the team on subjects and issues relevant to their day-to-day roles
- Efficient delegation of tasks as and when required
- Keeping the relevant managers informed of weekly progress of the team workload
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a Shared Service/BPO or data processing environment
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Proven track record in a role of a Team Lead or people supervisor
- Fluent English, German and Polish
- CRM system experience
- Knowledge of SAP
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Leadership skills
- Willingness to travel, particularly during transition
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities
- Team work and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
