Responsible for daily service delivery in terms of consumer finance products offered by the Client. As Client Advisor you will be part of newly created team mainly responsible for dealing with creation, recalculation and termination of contracts as well as collections and queries resolution.
- Act as trusted advisor and advocate for clients
- Providing integrated recommendations that encompass multiple products and services as needed
- Develop in-depth understanding of clients' needs and preferences
- Manage relationships and act as relationship lead accountable for the client's experience
- Training and supervision of junior team members
- Acting as a Team Leader’s backup and process expert
- Supporting the Team in terms of product and process knowledge
- Being the first line of contact for operations
- Participating in operational meetings
- Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
- Fluency in French is required
- Knowledge of retail financing will be an asset
- Very good English
