What the day will look like
The Administrator will provide service for internal Client based in UK.

Monitoring and tracking of timely monthly income processing alongside ACS branch directors

Updating and monitoring monthly policy level reporting by segment and location

Maintaining and updating portfolio information regarding ACS business including insurer relationships, sector breakdown and segmentation

Providing analysis and reporting on ACS portfolio as required

Acting as key liaison point between finance/fid teams and ACS business leaders to support processing cash allocation queries and bad debt exercises

Working with the fid teams and business leaders on investigation, support and query resolution on adjustment income process

- Can work independently and as part of a team
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience of working in an accounts department
- Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry (knowledge of credit insurance desirable)
- Experience of Microsoft applications in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
