Civil Engineer
Płock
Tasks:
- Expansion of the existing plant – production and warehouse areas
- Onsite project coordination including design supervision, construction site management
- Responsibility for planning and spending the CAPEX budget
- Ensuring project implementation in accordance with internal standards, local legislation, with the support of Engineering Team
- Cooperation with other teams, offices and GRC consultant in the scope of design approval, official permits for work and exploitation
- Cooperation with internal team in the field of HSE, industrial safety, controlling, project cost control, planning, production
- Supervision and cooperation with general contractor and subcontractors
- Managing the construction stage including HSE, food safety, GMP, security aspects, contractor management
- Reporting of project status, project reviews, schedule updates
- Implementation of internal corporate procedures
- Place of work: Płońsk
Requirements:
- Higher engineering education, knowledge of civil design, construction and utilities, government requirements and permissions
- At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering
- At least 3 years of projects, people nad contractor management experience
- Technical specifications preparation experience
- Ability to present concepts, engineering solutions and reporting
- Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of technical drawing, AutoCAD, MS Office package
- Knowledge of GMP, CQV, IL6S, FM global standard
- English language B2
