- If you have experience in managing portfolios of large projects in accordance with the overall strategy of the organization as well as coordinating and ensuring coherence of initiatives involving many key stakeholders at the organization level,
- If you know how to create strong client relations and how to provide client-oriented solutions,
- If you use feedback and data from clients to stimulate continuous improvement,
- If you know how to create an environment where team members feel a strong sense of responsibility for creating the best possible solutions for clients,
- If you encourage the team to pursue new challenges,
- If you think in market terms,
- If you have experience in real influence on creating strategy and long-term vision for the entire organization,
- If you have experience in making decisions on strategic priorities and emphasizing company goals,
- If you have university degree,
- If you can ensure alignment to Tribe/ Chapter strategy,
- If you have full knowledge of the product you are working on and full awareness of dependencies with other products / domains on the ING Group level,
- If you have experience in creating and implementing product strategy and you have the ability to propose mechanisms to improve domain / product processes on the ING Group level.
- If you have experience in conducting business meetings regarding the product as a technology expert and you can recommend solutions on the ING Group level.

Scope of duties

10%- Recommends measures to improve organizational effectiveness
10%- Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for making business decisions and implementing strategic initiatives.
