Corporate & Institutional Clients serves our Corporate Customers (SME), Commodity Traders, Multinational Companies, Institutional Clients (Insurances and Pension Funds) and other Banks.
Your main responsibility will include full ownership of various Finance core processes (i.e. estimates, monthly result analysis, monthly update of result presentation including commenting), participation in strategic business planning process as well as ad-hoc tasks which involves close collaboration with other Finance colleagues and business partners. Team language is German.
We are looking for someone who will help us with:
- Performing analysis for Corporate & Institutional Clients unit in Switzerland such as monthly estimates, sourcing and analyzing / validating and commenting of monthly results
- Performing ad-hoc requests and deep dive analysis to provide financial result transparency and insights beyond standard reporting
- Preparing complex presentations of findings and recommendations for Corporate & Institutional Clients Management
- Updating and commenting on monthly business result presentation
- Support 3 years strategic planning process
- Maintaining reference data of the organizational structure for Corporate & Institutional Clients
- Building a strong network across the Finance organization and with business partners to ensure flow of information along the value chain
Your team
As a CFO Business Analyst you will be working as a Finance business partner for Corporate & Institutional Clients unit in Switzerland, being part of a mixed Swiss and Polish team. Your team will be based in Zurich and you will support them together with colleagues remotely from Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 2 years of experience in the field of financial analysis, preferably in banking
- Knowledge of banking industry with basic understanding of a bank's P&L and Balance Sheet
- Talent for story lining and visualization messaging in MS PowerPoint
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, high degree of reliability and readiness of mind
- Strong technical skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Precise and error-free way of working
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Additional assets:
- Knowledge of SAP business warehouse, management information systems or Hyperion Essbase
- Knowledge of MS Access
You are:
- Proactive, flexible and self-motivated person, able to deliver efficiently high quality results under time pressure
- Experienced in handling complexity (i.e. several large interlinked MS Excel and MS PowerPoint files)
