Inviting applications for the role of the Cash Collection Specialist with Italian
Responsibilities
- Managing Unapplied Cash - performing the allocation of the current transfers on customer accounts according to documentation sent by the customer
- Booking incoming payments - posting the incoming transfers from the GL on customer accounts using Bank Statement
- Participate to conference calls with the relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring reaching targets of having zero Unallocated/Unapplied Cash at the End of the Month and at the end of the working day
- Ensuring the incoming payments are cleared timely
- Worklist - investigating the open deductions on the customers' accounts
- Performing matchings on customer accounts based on proper documentation received from collections
- Investigate reason for non-match
- Reaching out to Customer bank for the information
- Performing below Threshold Write Off according to the procedure on a Weekly basis / on a Monthly basis / anytime there is a special request from the Collection Specialist/Audit team
- Performing Final Settlements WO according to the Procedure on a Monthly Basis before Month End closure
- Linking deductions and credit note to Dispute Cases
- Updating information on the Dispute Cases from Worklist
- Processing Dispute Cases from Finding Dispute Cases
- Performing clearing actions on customer accounts - Cash Discounts, Bank Charges, Tax Differences
- Performing Reversal of Postings on customer accounts on special request
- Performing Reversal of Payment Allocations on customer account on special request
- Performing postings from Customer Account to Special GLs (Unearned Cash Discount, Earned Cash Discounts, Currency Differences, Tax)
- Take over increased responsibilities within the described activities above
- Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the operation management functions
- Provide requested services to customers as a part of Service Catalogue
- Support proper Order Management process
- Support proper Claims Management process
- Complete any tasks assigned by the operation management functions
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and English

- Good knowledge of financial controls related to Cash Collection / Cash App processes
- Ability to work with various IT applications
- Strong analytical skills including analysis of complex data
- Preferred Qualification
- Customer service orientation
- Very good presentation skills
- University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
- Required experience in Customer Facing area
