Taking care of candidates’ database
Initiating process improvement initiatives and taking part in various HR projects
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing recruitment projects
Fluent English
Experience in mass recruitment
Experience in recruitment agency would be an advantage
Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly use of Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
High communication skills
