In this role, key areas of responsibility will include:
- Contributing to requirements definition and application design.
Contributing technical expertise to defining application requirements in collaboration with business analysts, creating proofs of concept or prototypes if required, contributing to technical design of applications, cooperation with database team. - Developing application functionality which meets business requirements with high quality within given deadlines.
- Developing maintainable, well-documented application functionality with an eye toward standardization, common components, simplicity, performance, robustness and other attributes of enterprise-strength solutions.
- Provide responsive support for business areas.
Quickly resolving issues encountered by business lines in the production environment, maintaining a helpful, "high touch" approach to working with business users.

Technical competences required from candidates:
- Very good knowledge about C++ language
- At least 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, frameworks and best practices
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- SQL knowledge
- Testing, test methodologies and taking care of code quality
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot applications using logs
- Debugging and profiling applications
- Experience in SDLC & Agile methodologies
- Networking – nice to have
