- Lead end to end country level sourcing activities in the assigned area , this includes: identifying requirements, spend analysis, market research, commercial negotiations, contracting, implementation and change management
- Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders to support their purchasing requirements and influence when required
- Proactive search for new cost saving initiatives
- Building business relations with local and international suppliers
- Help to achieve category targets
- Provide support to Regional Buying Managers in setting the sourcing strategy for assigned area
- Oversees supplier performance and resolves performance issues
- University degree
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Experience in negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational and analytical skills
- Strong motivation to work and independence in taking decisions
- English (spoken & written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
