Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Equivalent discipline
- Team player with ability to work and collaborate effectively with cross functional team
- Minimum 5 years direct related experience,
- ERP experience,
- Demonstrated understanding of MRP, inventory, and production principles
- Capability with analytical tools and systems
- Ability to influence peers & stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
- English language knowledge on an advanced level required
Responsibilities:
- Selection and development of supplier base for assigned commodities in order to reach the required level of productivity and service performance
- Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ), analyze and summarize quotations using a Total Cost of Ownership approach
- Supplier base consolidation, executing sourcing strategy and executing purchasing contracts, terms&conditions
- Measure, control and improve suppliers performance metrics
- Leading localization projects
- Coordinate suppliers phase out process and transfers
- Review action plan with supplier to achieve Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) Targets
- Performing Supplier relationship management and reviews
