Your main duty will be the creation and management of travel arrangements for senior executives or other staff who are required to travel extensively. You will also be responsible for Variety of administrative/clerical/secretarial tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary in this role include:
- Experience in organising business travels all over the world is essential.
- Understanding how flights, trains, and accommodation are priced, booked, and managed is essential for this role.
- You need to be able to negotiate ticket fares, make complex travel arrangements on short notice, and ensure proper timing of travel arrangements to minimize costs.
