Your role
Are you passionate about Information Security? Do you want to be the Asset Management gate keeper managing and maintaining accesses to bank wide applications? Are you an integer personality which can ensure that our security principles will be adhered to? If yes, we are looking for someone like that who can:
- handle day-to-day entitlement management tasks such as the assessment of requests for data access, authorization and data exports
- make responsible decisions on judging access to systems and applications
- configure, manage and monitor regular user access reviews
- provide support and respond to queries on entitlement management from Asset Management employees
- assess authorization concepts and approval processes
- create communication and awareness materials
- support the AM Divisional Information Security Office in implementing other information security measures
Your team
You will be working in Zabierzow / Krakow close to the Corporate Center Information Security team and have a direct reporting line to the Asset Management Divisional Information Security Office (AM DISO) located in Zurich.
The AM DISO team is committed to serving the business and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure information security becomes a business enabler. Our strategy is to have a consistent and standardized approach to address business requirements and requests protecting the business information effectively and efficiently. Our objective includes protecting against, detecting and responding to a significant leakage of sensitive Asset Management owned and/or entrusted information such as client data, unpublished price sensitive information or other business sensitive information. The AM DISO works together with various stakeholders and has an active role in ensuring that corporate, legal and regulatory requirements to protect information are met for the business division.
Your experience and skills
You have
- a university degree (preferably in Science or Information Technology)
- a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the financial or technology industry (UBS experience preferred)
- strong analytical thinking combined with the ability to generate meaningful management reports
- excellent organization skills and a pragmatic approach
- very good knowledge of MS Office package, in particular MS Excel
You are
- a self-starter, able to work independently and take on responsibility
- used to work in an global organization in virtual teams
- familiar in communicating with stakeholders at all management levels while being assertive to ensure adherence to our information security principles
- fluent in English and used to communicate with senior stakeholders
