Your role
Do you have high attention to detail? Do you enjoy working on a multiple of tasks supporting internal clients across the globe? You will be responsible for:
- coordinating selected operational risk processes and activities
- collecting data from internal sources to provide regular and ad-hoc analysis / reports and assuring the quality of data provided
- Enhancing the internal controls' environment through the development and improvement of various remediation processes to decrease potential risks across the bank
- providing operational risk managers with advisory services
Your team
You’ll be working in the Risk & Regulatory Shared Services Team in Zabierzow/Krakow. Our role is to manage Operational Risk focusing on risk analysis and reporting with emphasis on control performance facilitation. You will work directly with the Risk Managers from around the world
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a university degree or at least 1+ years of experience in one of the following areas: IT Audit or Security, Operational Risk Management, Risk and Control Assessments
- Fluent in English with the ability to work in a team
- ability to liaise with clients and manage relationships while being assertive to ensure completion of tasks, strong soft skills
- strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze significant amounts of information
- ability to deal with both regular and ad-hoc requests, work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- MS Office skills including:
- Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Charts, Vlookups, Tables), additional expertise (building / editing macros, etc.) would be considered as an advantage
- MS PowerPoint & Word to a competent level
- additional assets:
- Understanding of Operational Risk Management and its implementation in practice or have a strong interest to develop expertise in this area

- Organized and able to manage your own time
- Prepared to take ownership of tasks assigned
- Great communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations
