Your role
Are you an expert in analytics? Do you know how to work well within a team and deliver sophisticated solutions? As a Risk Reporting Analyst you will be a part of Advanced Analytics Office within Risk Regulatory Shared Services. Team provides a multitude of services, including:
- Risk trend and events analysis using VBA, R and SQL,
- Establishing causal relationships between risk drivers (correlation analysis),
- Interactive reporting and data visualization using Tableau and Business Objects Web Intelligence reports,
- Process enhancement and automation,
- Support on ETL processes.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Advanced Analytics team, part of Risk & Regulatory Shared Services, in Zabierzow/Krakow. Our role is to support the understanding of the key operational risk drivers and how we manage it.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a university degree in quantitative finance, statistics or numerical discipline
- at least 3 years of experience in banking
- analytical mindset
- working experience with the Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Business Objects
- solid coding skills in R and experience with SQL and data bases
- curiosity and a thirst for innovation (e.g. big data, machine learning)
You are:
- keen on Data Analysis and Visualization
- able to explain technical concepts in simple terms to facilitate collaboration
- willing to create your own brand in the group and companywide
- skilled at constructive criticism (you have the human touch)
