Business Relationship Specialist with Swedish
Location: Poznań
Key responisibilities:
- audit Vendor Master Data requests;
- set up new suppliers’ Master Data or update the existing data in the system;
- answer phone calls from various stakeholders;
- support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives;
- clarifying cases and assigning them to appropriate departments;
- maintaining high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Very good Swedish and English;
- experience in customer service/helpdesk/accountancy/administration will be an asset;
- knowledge of MS Office package;
- great communication skills.
